Where’s My Data?

Please use the recommendations below to troubleshoot if data is missing from Abstraction.

  1. Confirm a file was transmitted by your facility's file uploader.
  2. Confirm the file processed (representatives at your facility receive a file processing e-mail when files process).
  3. Check the Invalid data details to see if the cases you are looking for were rejected. If they were, make corrections and re-import the file. Please be sure to change the file name or it will not process (it will be identified as a duplicate file).
  4. Check the Case History Report. Sort or Group by Date Created to see when files were last imported.
  5. Check sampling if you are sampled Monthly. If you have not sampled there will be no cases in sampled measure sets.
