View the EH eCQM Report

The EH eCQM Report is the starting point for viewing measure details, conducting a measure result review, performing validation, or troubleshooting. The report shows how the hospital is performing on its measures.

You can access the EH eCQM report in one of two ways:

1. From the top navigation menus, select Hospital > Reporting > eCQMs.

2. From the Home Page select View EH eCQM Report

3. View Individual Measure Result
   The results graph on the Home page shows the selected hospital's performance rate across its measures.  To view detailed results on an individual measure, select the link for that measure.

When you select a measure name, you are directed to the Rate Measure Results page for that measure.
