View Patient Details
The Patient Details page is where you confirm, troubleshoot, and validate patient-level details for the measure. To view a patient’s details, select a patient’s name anywhere it appears linked in a grid.
Note: To open the Patient Details page in a new tab, right-click on the patient’s name and select your browser’s option to open in a new tab.
The Patient Details page has the following sections:
Indicators
Throughout the Patient Details tab, you will notice two indicators, a green flag in the Case Identifier column and a green dot in the Used column.
The green flag indicates that the data is from the current qualifying visit. Any data without a green flag is historical.
The green dot indicates data that was evaluated within the measure logic and is significant to understanding results.
