      View a Snapshot Listing

      1. From the top navigation menu, select Hospital > Administration > Snapshot Listing
      2. On the Snapshot Listing page, select the EH tab. The hospital snapshots and their details are listed on the page.
      3. The calendar function and the snapshot drop down menu can be used to filter snapshots by date range, by deleted and/or to view ALL view snapshots.
      4. Select the green check mark to view a snapshot. Notification of snapshot view is displayed and you can navigate the application to view historical data & results

      Note:  When the snapshot is being used to populate the data in ENCOR, a green banner appears at the top of the page to indicate that you are viewing live data.

       

      5.  Once you are in the snapshot, you can use the menu options for reporting, etc.

      6.  When you are finished viewing the snapshot, click the "End Snapshot View" link.

      Note:  You can use the icons in the Actions column to edit, delete, or view a shapshot.
