View Medical Devices

View the medical devices to determine if the patient had the necessary medical device applied to meet the VTE prophylaxis specifications. The status must be “applied” to meet the numerator specifications for VTE prophylaxis received.

If there is documentation for why the medical device was not ordered or applied the status will be “not ordered” or “not applied”.
