Using the Visualizer to View Patient Data and Logic

The visualizer is a functional component in ENCOR for Clinician Electronic Measures that provides information on determining which data elements qualified a patient for specific measure populations.

The visualizer icon displays on the e-CQM report page and the Patient Details page.

Select the Visualizer icon to open the Visualizer and see the full specification in visual form. The visualizer shows the Qualifying Data Elements specific to that patient and the measure.

Select “View Data Evaluation" to view the full logic for the measure and whether or not the patient met each portion of the logic.  Select “View Patient Details” to open the Patient Details.
