Use the Field List

You can customize the data view on most pages using the Field List. Open the Field List to view other data that can be added to your view.

1. Select the Gear icon.  The Gear icon is available on most pages in ENCOR.  It is not available on the Home page.
2. Select Field List.  The fields in the Field List vary by page.
   
3. Select a new column header in the list, drag and drop it between other column headers in the view.

You can also:

• Remove data from a view by selecting a column header and dragging it into the Field List.
• Rearrange columns on the grid by selecting a column header and dragging it to the desired location.
