Uploading Files to the Medisolv Submission Portal

MSP accepts Quality Reporting Document Architecture or QRDA-1. This is an individual patient level quality report that only provides the data for the specific measure being reported on.

1. Choose the Hospital/Facility that matches the CCN in the QRDA-1 files.
   
   
   
2. Select or drag QRDA files to be uploaded that are in either .zip or .xml format into the submission tray.
   
   
   
   
3. Once the correct files are listed in submission tray, select Upload.
   
   
   
4. Once the upload is successful it will show in the Previous Uploads section as Processing.  The Publish option will be greyed out until the status has changed from Processing to Complete.
   
   
   
5. An email will be sent to the uploader of the file once the file is ready to be viewed.
