TJC Submission Selections

The TJC Submission Selections will display the facilities Measures that are enabled for submission to TJC.  

To run this report:

• Click the Administration Menu in ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures
• From the drop-down menu, hover over Facility Admin
• Select TJC Submission Selections

To begin choosing your annual selections click the Begin Selections button. This will also be used to migrate the previous year’s selections (if applicable).

Select Year and HCO ID then click Go.

Another button will appear; Continue To Next.  This button will open the next HCO ID measure selections, once you have completed the HCO ID you are currently on.

If Self-Submitting:

If the facility is Self-Submitting (this includes any situation where Medisolv will not be entering ANY data into DDSP for the facility. For example, no measures will be submitted since PC is not abstracted OR sending only eCQM data) their data to TJC they must select the Self Submit box.

Sign and Continue: This action will save and lock your selections and will move to the next HCO-ID (if applicable).

Sign: This action will save and lock your selections.

If Medisolv to Submit:

If you are electing for Medisolv to submit your data to TJC proceed to make your selections listed under TJC Submission Selections. Once selections have been made, click Sign and Continue, Or Sign.

Sign and Continue: This action will save and lock your selections and will move to the next HCO-ID (if applicable).

Sign: This action will save and lock your selections.

The signature section will be completed once the Sign button is clicked.

An error will display if both measures and Self-submit are selected OR if neither Self-submit nor measures are selected, and sign is attempted.

 

 

The Signature Log is found at the bottom of the page. The log will record the User Name, HCOID, Year, Date of Action and Action (Sign, Unlock)
