Save and Lock All Cases

This process requests a Save and Lock all to be requested and then performed over the weekend. Includes Completed and In Progress cases.

Select the Quarter and Request Save and Lock All.

You will receive a pop-up. Click ok.

You will get a pop-up that the request has been sent.

The request is written to the Request Audit Log.

Once the request is completed, a new line will be written to the Save All cases Audit Log.
