Sampling - Unsample Measure Set

This allows a previously sampled measure set to be unsampled. Cases are returned to Abstraction Not Started status and are removed from the Abstraction List. It is located on the Sampling menu under Administration.

To unsample -navigate to the hospital you want to unsample using the change hospitals dueling arrows. Select the Quarter, Measure Set, Subpopulation and Month.

Select Unsample and check the Keep Abstracted Cases checkbox if you want the abstracted cases to remain. If you do not want to keep the abstracted cases, leave the box unchecked. This means abstracted cases may be lost once the measure set is re-sampled.

If there is a shared CCN, you will receive a pop-up that indicates this.

The rest of the facilities with the shared CCN should be unsampled also.
