Sampling - Reset Measure Set

This routine is used to reset measure sets. It is located on the Administration Page under Sampling.

To begin, use the Change Hospitals icon to change to the correct hospital.

Select the Quarter and Measure Set

If the facility is part of a shared CCN, a message will display to make the updates to all shared facilities.

To Reset a Measure Set, the sampling status must be "Selected". If the sampling status is anything other than selected, unsample. This does not apply if the Measure Set is Do Not Sample. Once the Reset button is available, you are able to Reset.  

For Global, to disable one Sub-Measure Set, uncheck the box and click Update Submeasure Sets. This will place all included cases to Abstraction Not Started. A resave will complete the cases if they had been completed prior to the update.

If the measure set needs to be disabled, all subpopulations must have the status of selected and be reset.

Once disabled, the measure no longer appears in the drop-down on this page.
