How do I start getting cases for a new quarter?

1. On the first day of a new quarter (Jan. 1, Apr.1, Jul. 1, and Oct.1), migration is automatic for EA Cloud clients. Click Update Measure Selections on the Mark Period Ready for Abstraction page to Save your selections.
2. Measure sets marked Do Not Sample will populate ENCOR Abstracted immediately after processing
3. Measure sets that are sampled Monthly need to be sampled manually every month by the facility.  Marking the Period Ready for Abstraction (includes sampling instructions) is in the Knowledge Center article of the same name.
4. Measure sets that are sampled Weekly are sampled automatically on Saturdays according to the sampling schedule on the Home page of ENCOR Abstracted.
5. Pending sampling message on the Home Page will resolve once the quarter’s sampling has been completed. If you are Weekly sampling – no action is necessary. If Monthly sampling, please complete your sampling as soon as your files are imported.
