SAML

Single Sign-On Service is used by several clients. They do not use the usual sign-on, they sign into their organization system, and this automatically signs them into ENCOR for Hospital Abstracted Measures.

Below is a list of current Medisolv ENCOR-a SAML clients.

• IU Health
• University of Michigan
• Memorial Hermann
• Broward Health
• Cedars Sinai
• Christus Health

In Hickory, you will notice under Users>Manage Invitations, that if you search for these organizations, they do not appear. This indicates they are a SAML-based organization when not found.

Organizations that use SAML cannot be added by invitation. The usual information is required (hospital(s), role, e-mail address). Contract Abstractors are usually issued an organization specific e-mail address to use with SAML for a specific organization. Once you have the information, follow the process here.

To remove a user from an organization that uses SAML, reach out to Karthik/Network.
