Run True-up for New Facilities that Weekly Sample
This routine will allow a Medisolv Admin to run the true-up for new facilities that are Weekly Sampling and missed all of the sampling runs. The conditions for using this are: Weekly Sampling was missed and the true-up for the month has occured.
Begin on the Mark Period Ready for Abstraction page. Select the quarter and click Sample Selected Measures at the bottom of the page.
As long as the conditions have been met, you will see checkboxes to perform what is essentially, a monthly sampling.
Check the boxes, click Sample Selected Measures and sampling will be completed.
