Reviewing Errors in the Medisolv Submission Portal (MSP)
Quickly review Errors to determine issues that will not allow publishing data in MSP.
Once you have uploaded files you will see a hyperlink to review Errors.
- Click Errors and you will be taken to the Warnings and Errors screen.
- Use the checkboxes next to: Errors
, Warnings 
, or No errors or warnings 
to filter what you would like to review:
- Then, choose how you would like to review the error:

- File View which allows you to see exactly where in the QRDA file the issue is located.
- List View contains a list of all the issues located within the document.

4. If you need to print a copy of an Error related to a specific file use the 
icon.
FYI: This screen is intended for reference purposes in the event of errors, as the file CANNOT be published. If you encounter any issues, please contact your Quality Advisor for further assistance.
If looking for areas of improvement (Warnings), the best tool is the Validation and Improvement Dashboard which can be accessed once the data has been processed overnight in ENCOR for Electronic Hospital Measures, as it is written in plain language.
