Remove from HF Sampled Population

HF Cases can be removed from the sampled population if requested by the facility. This process is available on the Administration page under Medisolv Admin.

Select the quarter from the drop-down and the facility using the Hospitals filter. Click Go. 

Select the case in the grid by checking the corresponding Remove box. 

Click Remove from HF Sampled Population.

This removes the case from the sample.  It remains in the population.

Cases that no longer qualify for the HF population are automatically removed from the population when the HF Population report runs.
