- 56794: Updated how HCPCS Codes are being processed. Added a field to the IPP Snapshot table (and Case History report) that will be ‘HCPCSInfo’. This table will hold HCPCS information separately from the CPT info. This is for OP-29 worksheet only.
- 57774: Placed a hard stop edit for SEP worksheet for Initial Hypotension Date. The hard stop will occur if the initial hypotension date is after the discharge date. An error message will be displayed that reads ‘Initial Hypotension Date cannot be after Discharge Date’. This will also include Broad Spectrum Antibiotic cannot be after Discharge Date; Initial Level Date cannot be after Discharge Date; Repeat Lactate Level Date cannot be after Discharge Date; Crystalloid Fluid Administration Date cannot be after Discharge Date (this will send a case to MCA X, but is not a hard stop); Septic Shock Presentation Date cannot be after Discharge Date (this will send a case to MCA X, but is not a hard stop); Vasopressor Administration Date cannot be after Discharge Date (this will send a case to MCA X, but is not a hard stop); and Repeat Volume Status and Tissue Perfusion Assessment Performed Date cannot be after Discharge Date (this will send a case to MCA X, but is not a hard stop).
- 57229: Added Event Minutes to the Events Grid for HBIPS. The Event Minutes will be a computed field that will display the Minutes in Restraints or Seclusions for the specific event (Event End Date/Time minus Event Start Date/Time).
