      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.228

      The version was released on April 15, 2021 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. Other Diagnosis Codes will be resequenced on processing if the sequence sent is bad (i.e. Other Diagnosis 1, 3, 4 are sent - this will be resequenced to Other Diagnosis Code 1, 2, 3).
      2. Save All Cases, "Please do not execute repeatedly in a single day", removed. Save All Cases can be executed every twelve hours and will not allow more frequent saving. A pop-up message will inform the user.
      3. Visit Case Details will no longer show the time as midnight in the date fields.
      4. TJC DDSP Data Entry Report will display HBIPS-Global measures (HBIPS-IMM-2, HBIPS-SUB-2/2a, HBIPS-SUB-3/3a, HBIPS-TOB-2/2a, HBIPS-TOB-3/3a) for Freestanding Psych Hospitals ONLY, NOT separately licensed units.
      5. Critical edit for birthdate per Inpatient and Outpatient CMS Specifications (Birthdate cannot be prior to 1880) added to Meditech DR ENCOR Abstracted worksheets. Import files for EA Cloud will reject invalid birthdate. 
      6. CSTK -10 event grid Pre-Stroke Modified Rankin Score will no longer display 'E' for empty when clinical files do not contain the Pre-Stroke mRs, the field will be blank.
      7. Sepsis Bundle Report modified per direction from CMS.  There are circumstances that will result in SEP-1 receiving a Measure Category Assignment of 'B', while the case can still qualify for the Severe Sepsis 3-hour and/or 6-hour bundle.
      8. Quarterly Sampling True-up has been moved to March 1 from February 28. The Weekly Sampling tab Quarterly True-up date update on the Home page has been scheduled in a future release.
      9. Change Hospital pop-up box re-formatted.
      10. HBIPS-SUB-2/2a July 1, 2020 TJC algorithm changes were rolled back to use the HBIPS-SUB-2/2a algorithm from January 1, 2020 - June 30, 2020 specifications for 2020 IPF reporting per CMS IPFQR. The updated TJC algorithm will be used starting with 1/1/2021.
      11. CPT Modifier added to the field list of Case History and Cases No Longer In Population reports.
      12. Events for IRR Sampling will use Event Start Date.

      Fixed Issues:

      1. Birth weight is no longer included in IRR Comparison for PC-05 cases.
      2. Payment Source is required in the import files and cases will now reject if it is missing.
      3. Abstracted Data Elements Export - HBIPS Events will now display events for cases with no discharge date.
      4. Rate Measure Results and Cases by Category Assignment Reports corrected to include THKR Outpatient Startum 'c'.
