      ENCOR Hospital Chart-Abstracted Version Release Notes 5.9.0.207 - 210

      The version was released on February 3, 2021 and addresses the following:

      ENHANCEMENTS:

      1. Measure Decision Point Report displays verbiage from the Specifications Manual for allowable values in the Last Element Value field. 
      2. Added Measure Set and Measure to Quality Measures Report Dataset Filters.
      3. Invalid Birth Dates (prior to 1/1/1880) will be rejected on import and will not save on HBIPS-Event form.          
      4. Save All Cases Updated After Last Saved added to Facility Administration menu – this routine flags cases that have been changed since the last time they were saved. An Admin can save only those cases across all facilities they have access to using this routine. See Knowledge Center article here.
      5. Added Quarter to Field List for Rate Measure Results Report
      6. Added Location ID to Field List for Abstraction List, Composite Performance Report, Perfect Care Report, Quality Measures (see #7 in Fixes for update), Patient Population        
      7. The Help icon has been removed from the banner in ENCOR Abstracted. The Knowledge Center can be accessed from the 9-Box Icon.
      8. Meditech DR Systems only (not EA Cloud): Procedure time for CSTK Procedures on Table 8.1a, b, d or e will no longer pre-populate with 00:00. The time was defaulting to 00:00 since it cannot be populated in ENCOR Abstracted from the Rapid DR. The Procedure Time for the CSTK procedures on these tables will need to be added by the abstractor to Save the worksheet.
      9. HBIPS-EVTS can be now be imported without error without a corresponding base file.
      10. On the Deleted Visits Report, deleted events will appear in the quarter the event occurred even if the case has a discharge date from another quarter.                
      11. The IPF-SMD Import file will allow null values for Number of Antipsychotic
        Medications (ANTIPSYCHMEDS) without rejecting. These cases will no longer appear on Clinical File Rejections.
      Fixes

      1. New Dx and Px codes will now appear on "Identify Potential Cases" screen for Concurrent Abstraction.

      2. Note added to Annotation on Worksheet, IRR Worksheet and Concurrent Abstraction Worksheet to address save error with < or > characters. It reads, "Note: The characters < and > may trigger security errors when saving the worksheet. To prevent this please place single quotes before and after when typing these characters in the Annotation field."
      3. Sepsis Worksheet help document and allowable values for Clinical Trial data element updated.
      4. MassHealth Worksheets were allowing save as complete without MassHealth race response.  This has been corrected.
      5. Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry Report VTE-6 exclusion count corrected.

      6. Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry Report was missing a PC-05 Exclusion - it did not appear unless cases were excluded for that reason. This is fixed.

      7. Quality Measures Report was displaying multiple rows. Location ID has been removed from the report and the report displays correctly.
