Printable Rate Measure Results
The Rate Measure Results Report displays all the rate measures – those that have a numerator and denominator. By default, the report displays the data Grouped by Measure ID.
- Click the Reporting in ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures
- From the drop-down menu, hover over Data Quality
- Select Rate Measure Results
- Set up your Dataset Filters
- Enter the Date Range
- Select Hospital(s) for Multi-Hospital Facilities
- Select an individual measure set or several measure sets (Optional)
- If you want to look at specific measures, you can search and select the measures by checking the box next to the Measures you want to include.
- Click Go
Note: If running report specific to PC prior to 3Q2017 please select PC-Perinatal Care. Beginning 3Q2017 please select PC-Mothers and/or PC- Newborns.
Beginning 4Q2020 please select PC-Mothers, PC-Newborns BF and/or PC-Newborns UNC.
- Check the box to include In-progress cases. (Optional)
The default view of the Rate Measure Results is grouped by Measure Set ID. Your Measures with the corresponding Numerator, Denominator and Rate % are displayed.
Note: Zero in denominator denotes no cases are included in the population. CSTK-05, PC-01, PC-02, PC-04, PC-06 and VTE-6 are reverse measures where a lower rate is better. NaN-Not a Number.
*Rate is in percent, except for PC-06 (PC-06 has a multiplier of 1000).
- Drill down on any non-zero measure set to view individual cases by clicking on the (+) symbol next to the Measure Set ID.
- This report can be set-up in the desired format using grouping and sorting. Once set-up, Save View Layout will make these selections the default layout the page opens in.
- The below pop-up appears after a view is saved.
- To remove a saved layout, click Remove Saved Layout. The below pop-up or one similar to this depending upon the browser type is displayed. Click OK to remove the saved view.
- The abstract icon with standard color coding is displayed next to each record.
- Clicking on the Abstract icon takes you to the worksheet where you can abstract the case or review the abstraction that has already been performed.
- The Medisolv Identifier is a hyperlink which will display the associated Visit Case Details.
This report has a 30 minute cache.
