Rapid Daily Updates Process
Enter a TP for any on-prem client that is not updating for RAPID and/ENCOR-a. If EA is not updating, RAPID will also be checked as this is standard protocol per Kurtis. He does not need a separate email. The change is related to changes in the behavior of the workbook thanks to Microsoft for Kurtis as well as a TP aligns with our process for addressing issues with our clients.
Instructions for entering the TP for RAPID Daily Updates:
- Enter the TP
- Assign the Project as ENCOR-a
- The subject line must contain ‘Update Failure’. This is to ensure we are NOT missing the TP.
- Assign Kurtis Grove, Sarah Williams (Engineer), and Ranjan Ghosh (Engineer). Kurtis will perform the initial triage and if it needs to be escalated to Engineering, they are already copied and can be instructed to look into the issue.
