Print Worksheet
The report displays a blank worksheet. It appears on the Miscellaneous menu under Reporting.
- Select version and measure set from the drop-down menus.
- The version selection drives the measure set version. For example, if a MassHealth version is selected, only MassHealth measure sets will be available in the measure set drop-down.
- Version MIV is a MassHealth version for Care Coordination, NEWB-1 and MAT-4.
- Version Vxx (or Vxxx) is an Inpatient version of the CMS/TJC Specifications.
- OPxxx (or OPxxxx) is an Outpatient version of the CMS/TJC Specifications.
- Once selections are made, click Submit.
- The blank worksheet will open in a new browser tab.
