Patient Population

The Patient Population Report provides a complete listing of all cases in the Initial Patient Population.   It is very similar to the Case History Report. The report is on the Population menu under Reporting.

Choose quarter from the drop-down menu. Choose hospital (optional). Click Go.

The report displays cases grouped by measure set. Clicking the + displays case details, such as Date Created, Date Sampled and Date Last Modified. This report displays cases that are Measure Status 'Excluded by Sampling'. These are cases that qualify for the Initial Patient Population, but were not selected to be part of the random sample.
