Patient Code Search

Patient Code Search is used to view all patients with specific codes associated with their eCQM documentation present in ENCOR. This report is helpful during data validation and troubleshooting to identify gaps and/or ensure that data elements and codes are coming into the application.

To search for patients with a specific code or OID:

1. Select Search Type by code or OID
2. Select Code Type, System and Code (or OID) that you want to look-up
3. Select Search

Patients with documentation associated with the code will display for review
