Package Manager & Load Logs
Navigate to the Package Manager page from the Clinician menu drop down.
Package Manager & Load Logs provide insight into the nightly load of new data into the application. These can be checked if there’s concern that the data hasn’t updated or is incomplete.
NOTE: Package Manager shows all available loads, which are active, if the refresh continues on error and other pertinent data.
To view Package Load Logs, click the EC Log tab. The Package Load Logs show those same active loads, start/end times, how long they ran for and the number of records returned.
