Submission Process Post Submission HQR Reports - Medisolv Admin

The following reports should be generated for each facility for both IQR and OQR if they had data submitted for these programs:

1. Provider Participation Report
   1. If Sampling - Sample size meets requirements for the population.
   2. If not sampling - Sample size = population and is greater than number of claims.
   3. Number of cases matches the expected count based on counts from ENCOR for Hospital Abstracted Measures.
2. Population and Sampling Report - File is accepted and meets the sample size requirement for all three months.
3. Case Status Summary Report - The correct number of cases has been accepted.
4. Potential Duplicate Report - This should be blank OR the potential duplicates have been confirmed as not duplicates.
