Look Up a Patient

You can look up any patient to verify availability within the application and reports.  In addition, the patient look-up function displays every measure and the population for which that patient qualified.

1. Select Clinician→ Reporting →Patient Lookup

2. On the Patient Lookup page, select a name from the list or search on any of the blank fields.

3. View results and drill down to patient details to view all relevant eCQM data.
