Lock All Abstracted Cases

This process allows all abstracted cases (Abstraction Completed) to be locked either by month or by quarter. It allows the additional option of selecting a particular measure set.

Please keep in mind that this lock works like every other lock - it is by Case Identifier. If a case is in multiple measure sets, all the cases will lock, regardless of Abstraction status.

It is located on the Administration Menu under Medisolv Admin.

Select Hospital, Quarter, Month and Measure Sets. Click Lock cases.

You'll get a pop-up confirming the Lock.

A new row is written to the Lock/Unlock Cases Audit Log.
