Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry

This report will provide data to be entered into The Joint Commission’s (TJC) Direct Data Submission Platform (DDSP). It is located on the Facility Admin menu under Administration.

For EA Cloud (Medisolv hosts the application), prior to running the report, cases should be saved and locked to pick up any changes via import and to prevent future changes from import. See Save All Cases.

Select quarter from the drop-down, check the box to include only measures selected for Submission, select the HCO ID, click Go.

Hospitals that have chosen Self Submission will see all TJC measures listed, but the Measures filter can be used to display particular measures.

The report displays the TJC Export Grid. The grid will display each measure in a layout similar to TJC DDSP.

To export the report, use the options Excel, PDF or RFT from the top of the results grid. CSV does not function with groupings, so will not work with this report.
