IRR: CAAR Report (Category Assignment Agreement Rate)

CAAR Report is a one-to-one comparison of agreement between the original abstractor and the re-abstractor’s category assignment-level results for each measure from sampled records aggregated over the period selected for core paper-based measures.

To run this report:

Click the down arrow on the IRR Menu in ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures

From the drop-down Menu select CAAR Report

Enter the date range and click Go

Select Hospital(s) for Multi-Hospital

CAAR Rate: Provides the agreement percentage between the abstracted and re-abstracted cases

Number of Successful Matches: Reflects the number of successful matches in the abstracted and re-abstracted cases.

Events IRR: CAAR Report (Category Assignment Agreement Rate)

CAAR Rate: Provides the agreement percentage between the Events abstracted and Events re-abstracted.
