IPF Data

This report displays IPF Non-Measure Data, Rate Measure Results and Event Rate Results for HBIPS-DSC, HBIPS-Global, SMD, TR-1 and HBIPS-EVT for the entire IPFQR reporting period or for one quarter at a time.

Select Run by Year or Run by Quarter and select the hospital(s). Remember to select only one CCN at a time for Non-Measure Data, so it is accurate for that CCN. Click 'Go'.

Three separate grids display.

IPF Non-Measure Data

Event Rate Grid is broken down by CCN.  It will display the Event Rate for whatever time period was used in the Dataset Filters. Clicking on the + next to CCN will give you a breakdown by Measure ID (HBIPS-2a, b, c, d, e and HBIPS-3a, b, c, d and e).

Rate Measure Grid is broken down by CCN. It will display the  Rate for whatever time period was used in the Dataset Filters. Clicking on the + next to CCN will give you a breakdown by Measure ID (HBIPS-1a, b, c, d, e [for info purposes only], HBIPS-5a, b, c, d, e, HBIPS-IMM-2, HBIPS-SUB-2/2a, HBIPS-SUB-3/3a, HBIPS-TOB-2/2a, HBIPS-TOB-3/3a, SMD and TR-1). HBIPS-IMM-2 date range is adjusted to the IPF required date range when the report is run by year.
