Import ENCOR Summary

The Import Encor Summary Report is located on the Facility Admin menu. It displays the number of records received, rejected and uploaded.

• Click Administration in ENCOR Hospital Abstracted Measures.
• From the drop-down, hover over Facility Admin
• Select Import Encor Summary

• Select Quarter from the drop-down menu (this is the quarter the import occurred during).

• The results of the file imports that occurred during the quarter will be displayed.  This includes any files that were imported.
• The Records Ignored column will display the count of cases that were not from the current or previous quarter, so were ignored.

• Data Intake can assist with files that failed.  
• Rejections identified can be reviewed on the Invalid Import Results report or the Clinical File Rejections report (see Knowledge Center articles for instructions on running those reports).
