Import Cloud Data Results
This will display all of the cases in Base File Imports for the selected Date Range. It is located on the Administration page under Medisolv Admin.
Enter the date range for the import you are looking at and click Go.
An error will be generated if a date range greater than one week is entered.
The report will display a listing of cases with Rejected cases identified by a Y in the Rejected column. Invalid Data Details will display the reason for the rejection. There are many fields available in the field list for troubleshooting "missing cases" reported by facilities. For example, if CPT Modifier is not displaying in ENCOR, but is in the Medical Record, you are able to drag and drop CPT Modifier into the report to see if CPT Modifiers are being sent.
