3. Target Process Ticket entered to install EA Cloud for Org - Project = Vizient EA/Brian Hill
   1. Steps of Install and Data Validation will be documented on this ticket by everyone involved.
      
4. Clinical Quality Advisor Assigned and notifies via e-mail - Brian Hill
5. Kick-off call - Laurie and Clinical Quality Advisor - Primary/Client
   1. Client instructed on Data Intake role in file imports so they expect the contact (file creation and validation) - Advisors
   2. Client instructed on Network role in sFTP set-up so they expect the contact (sFTP setup) - Advisors
   3. Measure Selection form provided to client by Advisors
   4. Arrange weekly implementation calls (or whatever timeframe advisor and client agree upon 
6.  sFTP set up - Network
7. IP/OP Base File Imports validated - Data Intake Team
8. Enable Measures - Advisors
9. Validation - Organization and Worksheet - Advisors
10. Add Users - Network
11. Abstractor Training - Gina and Advisors
12. Post Training meeting - Advisors

14. Terminate weekly implementation meetings unless further meetings are requested by client.
