Saving Year-End Snapshot for ENCOR Dashboard

ENCOR Dashboards display monthly and yearly trends of your ENCOR Hospital Electronic Measure Data

To see ENCOR Hospital Electronic Measures data trended from the previous year, a snapshot of the electronic data from the previous year will need to be created.  Ensure the  EHR data from the previous year has been fully documented prior to taking the snapshot.  EHR coding and any patient documentation must be complete prior to the snapshot to assure the data is complete.  The snapshot will need to be taken prior to making any updates/mapping changes for the new reporting year.

Take the ENCOR Dashboards end of the year snapshot by selecting Hospital > Administration > Create Snapshot

Once on the Create Snapshot page, select Yes for ENCOR-D End of the Year, EH for Measure Type, and name the snapshot to easily identify in the future.

After the nightly load, the ENCOR Hospital Electronic Measures data will automatically upload to ENCOR Dashboards.
