The Home page of ENCOR for Hospital Abstracted Measures has five tabs:
The first, Quarter Information, shows the current Abstraction Status of the current quarter and the previous two quarters, with the most current on top. This graph has a 5-minute cache.
The labels represent the measure set with the number of cases in abstraction in parentheses. The bars are color-coded for cases that are Not Started (red), In Progress (yellow) and Completed (green). The percentage of each category is displayed on each bar.
The Quarter Sampling Status grid will display the Measure Sets that are sampled, along with whether the particular month has been sampled or not. Weekly Sampling will not display 'Yes' until the Monthly true-up has occurred. Those months that display 'No' still need to be sampled and can be, once the sampling threshold has been met or the file has been imported. This graph updates once daily.
The pagination section allows you to advance through all of the measure sets that are sampled if they do not all fit on the first page of the grid. Return to top.
Submission Details shows the dates data is due to The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS and MassHealth. The dates for completing abstractions and reviewing data (Medisolv Date Due Date) for each quarter and each program are provided.
Medisolv and Hospital responsibilities for the submission period are labeled. CMS Web-based measures and DACA are the responsibility of the facility, so are labeled "Hospital".
The day after the Medisolv Data Due Date, the measures being submitted are locked, so transmission may begin. For example, PC-Mothers and PC-Newborns are locked for TJC submission if PC-01 - PC-05 are being entered into DDSP on your behalf. CMS measures are not locked at this time UNLESS they are being entered into DDSP as optional measures. CMS measures will be locked according to the CMS calendar.

The Monthly True-up only runs for those measure sets that are set to Weekly Sampling. The Quarterly True-up runs for all sampling types.
Announcements include reminders, upgrades and upcoming webinars. When a new message is available the Announcement Tab will be Red, and the word (New) will be displayed. 
After 3 days, (New) will no longer display.
The messages in the list can be sorted by Title or Create Date.
