Getting Started with Hospital Data
Select the eCQM EH Tab
When you log in to ENCOR or return to the Home page from another location in the application, the Home page appears with the eCQM EH tab automatically selected. The selected tab is white, and the tab that is not selected is gray.

Select a Hospital
If there is more than one hospital, select the hospital to view its data in the results graphs.

Select a Date Range
From the date list, select a quarter or calendar year in order to show measure results from that time period on the results graph.
Note: The date range you select here applies only to the data shown in the results graph on the current page. It does not apply to dates you may select on other pages in ENCOR using the calendar functionality.
