Gear Menu: Save View
You can create a view for the submodule by clicking on the Save View icon. This feature is available for standard Medisolv views as well as those custom created using View Builder.
This action brings up the Save View popup where you can enter:
- View Name*,
- Description,
- Save Report Filters, check this if you would like any Report Filters you have set to be Leave unchecked if you do not want any filtering to be applied,
- Publish, check this if you would like the View to be published. Leave unchecked if you would like the view to remain unpublished.

When you are done with entering details, click on:
- Save View button, to create the view, or
- Cancel button, to discard your
The view is created with filtering applied if the Save Report Filters checkbox was checked. Any aggregation applied is also saved.
Note: Please note that when you leave a view unpublished, it is not visible to other users for viewing. The only exceptions are RAPID administrators, who can see and manage all views, whether they are published or unpublished.
