Gear Menu: Save Snapshot

You can create a snapshot for the submodule by clicking on the Save Snapshot icon. This action brings up the Save Snapshot popup where you can enter:

• Snapshot Name*,
• Description,
• Publish, check this if you would like the View to be published. Leave unchecked if you would like the view to remain unpublished.

When you are done with entering details, click on:

• Save Snapshot button, to create the snapshot. This action saves a copy of the data dis- played on the screen in an Excel file, or
• Cancel button, to discard your changes
