Gear Menu: Field List

You can customize your view by adding or removing columns from the Field List.

To view the list of available columns, click on the Field List icon. This action brings up the Field List popup which displays the fields appropriate to the view.

To add a column, drag the column name from the Field List to the header row of the grid. The cursor will change to a set of double arrows. You can drop the column where you would like it displayed in the report.

The report is redisplayed with the column added.

To remove a column, drag the column name from the grid's header row into the Field List. The report is redisplayed with the column removed.
