First Productive Use
Product Implementation Acknowledgement SOP
Department:
Client Services
Definitions/Acronyms:
CS: Client Services
FPU: “First Productive Use" means the first use of a Medisolv solution by an authorized user to access and view client data following completion of testing.
Summary:
Medisolv Client Services is required to document a project implementation acknowledgment and FPU as a part of the new client / application implementation process beginning 8/1/2023.
Procedures:
- The Clinical Quality Advisor (CQA) updates the Project Implementation Acknowledgement form with date, client, and solution(s) for which they’ve completed training.
- The CQA sends the Project Implementation Acknowledgement form to the client (organization, hospital, or provider) at the completion of initial training.
- The client completes and signs the document and returns it to the Advisor.
- The Advisor reviews for completion and sends the FPU document to Brian Hill.
- Brian Hill will upload to the attachments section of HubSpot under the organization.
Conditions:
- The form is completed on every initial training only.
- If the client is part of a larger organization, the form only needs to be completed by the organization (doesn’t need to be completed for every hospital/provider in the organization).
- No document is needed for GWTG, ENCOR-a Reports and Dashboard Training, or training for a new employee.
- Solutions which require acknowledgement: EA, EC, ECM, EH, EQ, Rapid, Platform.
