Exports - Export MassHealth Patient Data
This allows MassHealth Patient-level data files to be created for submission to MassQEX. It is located on the Exports menu under Administration.
From the Remote Desktop of the Secure Server - msc-subwayrdp.mscorporate.medisolv.net
Select the hospital using the Change Hospital icon.
Select the Quarter, Action and Subway Ready. This data does not export to Subway, so always select 'No' for Subway Ready.
Select the MassHealth cases you wish to create files for. Normally, this would be all MassHealth and top checkbox can be used to select all. Since 1Q2023 and 2Q2023 have MH-Global enabled for some facilities, but MassHealth does not accept these, select only measure sets that are active (2022 - CCM, MAT-4, NEWB-1; 2023Q1 & 2023Q2 - CCM, MAT-4, NEWB-3; 2023Q3 & 2023Q4 - CCM, MAT-4, NEWB-3 and MH-Global).
Click Export.
The note say CMS, but this is true for MassHealth also. Cases must be complete to be exported.
Save the zip file to the Remote Desktop in the MassHealth folder for the appropriate Quarter/Org/Hospital.
