      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.406

      The version was released on March 27, 2024 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. Potential Duplicate Accounts has been updated to include Reason in the field list. Reason will display the matching fields that could indicate a potential duplicate case.
      2. The calendar on the Submission Details tab of the Home Page has been updated.
      3. New ICD-10-PCS codes implemented effective April 1, 2024.
      4. The Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry Report layout was updated to more closely match the layout of the DDSP.
      5. HBIPS-DSC and HBIPS-EVT separated effective 1Q2024.
      6. The Month field will now appear in chronological order instead of alphabetical order when sorting or grouping on reports.
      7. Quarter Status has been added to Quarterly Population and Sampling.
      8. ACHF worksheet data that has an exact match at GWTG will now transfer to GWTG if integration for HF has been enabled.
      9. The Dataset Filter, "Hospitals", has been added to the Case History Report to allow the report to run for a single hospital or many selected hospitals.
      10. Beginning with 1Q2024, on-premises import clients (clients who host our application on their servers and use an import file), will need to enter Inpatient Psych Days on a monthly basis. These will no longer compute from an imported file. This has no impact on Cloud installs (Medisolv hosts ENCOR for Hospital Abstracted Measures) or Rapid DR installs.
      11. HBIPS-5 and TOB-2/2a have been removed from the IPFQR submission routine for 1Q2023 and forward.
      12. File Name field has been added to the Invalid Import Results to more easily identify the file that produced a rejection.
      13. TR Report Summary Report grid includes the Potential Outlier field to identify cases that missed a particular element out of the required 11 elements. 
      14. The drill-down on IPF Data Non-Measure Data Discharges will display TR Key, since each TR case (including additional records) count towards the total.
      15. The MassHealth Technical Specifications link on the Home Page has been updated to point to the CQI Technical Specifications.
      16. Loading animation added to HBIPS-EVT worksheet when submitting.
      17. TJC Submission Selections will display an error if both measures and Self-submit are selected OR if neither Self-submit nor measures are selected, and sign is attempted.
      18. On import, old records (prior to previous quarter) that are ignored (do not process) will display in aggregate in the Ignored Records column on the Import ENCOR Summary page.
      19. Subpopulation has been added to the Cases No Longer in Population Report field list.

      Issues Fixed:

      1. CSTK-01 cases rejected for Timing III will now display correctly in the Case Evaluator. 
      2. Referral for Outpatient Tobacco Cessation Counseling data element help document corrected.
      3. Mark Period Ready for Abstraction and using back button error resolved.
      4. User Access page 2 error resolved.
      5. Verbiage for PC-06 and NEWB-3 on Rate Measure Results updated.
      6. Erroneous Invalid CmsMedicareId message on Invalid Import Results is corrected.
      7. Cases No Longer in Population performance improved for STK, OP-Stroke, OP-WB-29 and SEP.
