Enhancements:
- 1/1/2024 MassHealth Payer Source Codes update to disallow cases from grace period (3Q2023 & 4Q2023).
- OQR Specifications V16.0b Code Table updates.
- Add to Sampled Population available to Facility Admins.
- TR Report enhancement to display rate for each of the eleven elements. Each element displays Numerator, Denominator and Rate.
- Report Name added to Audit Trail when exporting reports.
- IPFQR Specifications Sex Data Element updated for 1/1/2024 Discharges.
- Submission Edit Checks will now display eight Quarters in the drop-down.
- Confirmation of Resave request will now display, 'Please refresh this page to view the progress of your request in the grid below.'
- Outpatient (OQR) Specifications 1/1/2024-12/31/2024 implemented.

- Cases in Multiple Measure Sets report removed since OP-AMI and OP-Stroke were the only measure sets impacted and OP-AMI was removed effective 2Q2023.

- PLEASE NOTE: ACHFOP-3 has been changed from Hospital Outpatient Aldosterone Receptor Antagonists to Hospital Outpatient Mineralocorticoid Receptor Antagonists (MRA). The data elements Aldosterone Receptor Antagonist Prescribed in the Outpatient Setting and Reason for No Aldosterone Receptor Antagonist Prescribed in the Outpatient Setting have been changed to Mineralocorticoid Receptor Antagonist (MRA) Prescribed in the Outpatient Setting and Reason for No Mineralocorticoid Receptor Antagonist (MRA) Prescribed in the Outpatient Setting respectively. The old data elements will be removed from the Abstracted Data Element Export and the new will not appear until the selections have been made on the Manage Abstracted Data Elements Export.
- PLEASE NOTE: PC-05 Exclusive Breast Milk Feeding has changed to Exclusive Human Milk Feeding. The data element Exclusive Breast Milk Feeding has changed to Exclusive Human Milk Feeding. The old data element will be removed from the Abstracted Data Element Export and the new will not appear until the selection have been made on the Manage Abstracted Data Elements Export.
- Blank values sent in Sex and SexMFU will be ignored during import to prevent overwrite of abstracted values.
- TJC 4Q2023 Code changes implemented.
