      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.372

      The version was released on May 24, 2023 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. Inpatient Specifications Version 5.14, July 1 - December 31, 2023, implemented.
      2. Outpatient Addendum Version 16.0a, January 1 - December 31, 2023, implemented.
      3. TJC Specifications 2023B, July 1 - December 31, 2023, implemented.
      4. Primary and Secondary Advisor e-mail added to Home page - Quick Links.
      5. Sex Data Element changes effective July 1, 2023. New Data Element for Medisolv File Import Specifications SexMFU beginning with July 1, 2023 to address IPFQR and MassHealth requirements to continue using the allowable values M, F, U for Sex.
      6. Dates tab added to Floating Toolbar. This will display Encounter Date for Outpatient cases and Admission and Discharge Dates for Inpatient cases. The dates will update if changed on the worksheet.
      7. TR cases that are excluded by sampling can have additional TR instances added in the TR Event grid and demographic information will populate once Save Patient ID/Case ID is clicked.
      8. New checkbox added above Event Measures Grid to indicate no restraint or seclusions for a quarter.
      9. Save View Layout options added to CSTK-02 & CSTK-10 grid.
      10. The Measure Status on the Floating toolbar will display subpopulations for OP-18.
      11. Save View Layout options added to IRR Abstraction List and Comparison Report.
      12. Acknowledgement added to Submission Edit Checks Report.
      13. Date Filter on TR Report changed to Date Range.
      14. Provider Name has been added to the Abstracted Data Element Export. It will be unchecked by default on the Manage Abstracted Data Element Report to be added at the organization's discretion.
      15. NEWB-3, MH-SUB-2 and MH-SUB-3 added to the Rate Measure Outlier Report.
      16. User Access has been updated in ENCOR for Hospital Abstracted Measures Cloud to allow only one access role per facility.
      17. The Nine Box icon will now display all applications an Organization has access to.

      Issues Fixed:

      1. LOS will update when a case is re-imported.
      2. PC-06 Case Evaluator corrected beginning with 3Q2023 Discharges.
      3. Persistent aFib GWTG mapping corrected. 
      4. OP-Stroke Optional Data Elements specifications links now working.
      5. Updates to Mass Common file Medicaid Payment Source for MassHealth Measures - changed from 'Required' to 'Required for MassHealth Measure Qualification'. Cases sent with a blank value or a value not on the Medicaid Payer Source Codes Table will be accepted, but will disqualify cases from the Measure Populations.
