      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.350

      The version was released on February 15, 2023 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. ASR-IP Other Diagnosis and Other Procedure mapped to GWTG.
      2. Medisolv Data Due Date added to abstraction page.
      3. Original Abstractor is now a default column on the IRR Abstraction page.
      4. PC-01 Quarterly Submission Report added to provide data for data entry into HQR Data Form.
      5. IPF Data Report replaces IPF Non-Measure Data Report
      6. Psychiatric Care Setting added to HBIPS-Global, TR and SMD worksheets. This will populate from the Base Demographic file and can be changed at the worksheet level to have cases from these populations appear on the Cases No Longer in Population Report if No is selected. They can then be deleted from the population.
      7. Home page columns color-coding now has a minimum column height in order to show very small numbers of cases.
      8. Home Page Quick Links updated to reflect new QualityNet Service Center e-mail address.
      9. Home Page Submission Details Calendar updated.
      10. Medisolv Staging Key (GWTG ID) added to Cases No Longer in Population Report.
      11. MedisolvHospitalID added to Patient Population Report.
      12. TR Report has been grouped by Measure ID by default.
      13. Providers that are not in the Provider Dictionary, but are sent in the OPPS or IPPS Base Demographic files as ED or Attesting Physician for a case, will show "Unmapped, NPI XXXXXXXXXX" on the worksheets. These will not appear on reports.  To have the Name populate, the Provider should be sent in the Provider Dictionary import file.
      14. Race, Hispanic Ethnicity, Gender and Age added to field list of Cases by Category Assignment, Patient Population and Rate Measure Results. These can be selected for the sFTP reports (Cases by Category Assignment and Patient Population) from the Manage sFTP Reports page.
      15. Custom fields added to Event Worksheet.
      16. Save View Layout added to Invalid Import Results.
      17. Hospital Name added as default column to Invalid Import Results.
      18. Psych Flag (Is Psych) added to Case History.  This field will populate with whatever is in the import file.
      19. Event Start Date and Event Start Time are now default columns in the Event grid on the abstraction page.
      20. When an IFPQR unit is available in ENCOR for Chart Abstracted Measures as a separate facility, the following new rule will apply: CCNs XXXXXX and XXSXXX or XXMXXX- Case Identifiers sent to the Psych CCN will be rejected if they already exist in the Acute CCN; Case Identifiers sent to the Acute CCN that already exist in the Psych CCN will be rejected. This applies to ALL cases sent, not only cases that qualified for an IPP.
      21. ACHFIP and ACHFOP Clinical File added to Medisolv Inpatient File Import Specifications. Both Measure Sets were added to Rate Measure Outlier Report.
      22. Perfect Care Report help document updated.
      23. Transition Record 'TR Key' added Abstracted Data Element Export. The field 'TR Key', is a numeric character that specifies if it is an additional TR for a case. The TR key count begins with '1' and adds to the counter for each additional TR abstracted. The TR Key is not case specific, it is a counter for every additional TR.
      24. TR Key added to Cases by Category Assignment sFTP Report. This can be selected from the Manage sFTP Reports page, if desired. 
      25. The Workflow Audit Report was updated for clarity.
      26. No Matching Case in IPP Clinical File rejection message has been updated to display when there is no case in the specific IPP. Previously, the message did not display if the case appeared in any IPP.
      27. MH-Global (MassHealth SUB Measures) and NEWB-3 Clinical File Specifications added to Medisolv MassHealth Import Specifications.
      28. MassHealth changes to include all cases with Payer Code on Table 2-2 per EOHHS MassHealth Specifications. All cases in Acute and IPF Units within acute facilities are included if sent in MACommon with these Payer Codes. Please see MassHealth Changes Effective 1Q2023.
      29. GWTG - Discharge Time has been added as an optional field to STK, ASR-IP and STK-VOL-1 worksheets. Admit Date or (no Admit Date) AND Discharge Date AND Discharge Time are used by GWTG to create unique cases - these fields should match across Stroke family worksheets. This optional field allows Discharge Time to be entered on the worksheets, so if sent first, it will populate and match the CSTK case where Discharge Time is already present.
      30. Delete Duplicate Cases - on-prem (Meditech DR/Rapid version only) has been added to delete EXACT MATCH duplicated cases from the abstraction list. 


      Issues Fixed:
      1. GWTG button now appears if the worksheet is opened from a report.
      2. IRR can now be completed for locked quarters.
      3. CAAR CSTK will display correctly now.
      4. IRR Comparison for Events will display by Event Date, not Discharge Date.
      5. Event Discharge Date will now update from the Base Import file, if there is a change.
      6. TR additional discharges can be abstracted when the main record is Excluded by Sampling now.
      7. CSTK worksheet Admitting Diagnosis formatted correctly to be accepted at GWTG.
      8. Several data elements on IPF worksheets have updated specifications attached at the help icon for 2023.
