      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.314

      The version was released on May 18, 2022 and addresses the following:

      Enhancements:

      1. CSTK subpopulations -  will only have measures the subpopulation qualifies for appear on reports.  Subpopulation 1 - Ischemic Stroke will display CSTK-01, Subpopulation 2 - Ischemic Stroke With IV t-PA, IA t-PA, or MER will display CSTK-01, CSTK-02, CSTK-05, CSTK-07, CSTK-08, CSTK-09, CSTK-10, CSTK-11 and CSTK-12  and Subpopulation 3 - Hemorrhagic Stroke will display CSTK-03, CSTK-04 and CSTK-06. This begins with July 1, 2022 discharges.
      2. SPECIFICATIONS:  ENCOR-a updated with new specifications for July 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022 discharges.   
      3. STK-VOL-1 implemented beginning with July 1, 2022 discharges. 
      4. CSV export has additional delimiter options - pipe-delimited, semi-colon delimited, colon delimited and tab delimited.
      5. SPECIFICATIONS: Joint Commission National Quality Measures, Version 2022B (applicable starting with July 1, 2022 encounters) implemented.
      6. Medisolv Staging Key (GWTG ID) is available in the field list and will be displayed on the Abstraction Page if selected whether GWTG is enabled or not.
      7. Remove Saved View Layout will be available to remove the saved view prior to running a report.
      8. Rate Measure Outlier Report to include ASR-IP starting with 1Q2022. Cases abstracted prior to the upgrade will need to be resaved to appear on the report.
      9. Note on HBIPS-EVENTS data entry page bolded and changed to red.
      10. Beginning 3Q2022, ten Custom Fields will be on each worksheet (except HBIPS-EVT). These fields have a 50 character limit. These will be available ONLY on the Abstracted Data Element Export if selected on the Manage Abstracted Data Element Export (MS_CustomFields must be selected in addition to whatever Custom Fields are desired). 
      11. Medisolv File Import Specifications for OPPS updated to include verbiage for THKR-OP CPT Modifiers. "Modifiers LT, RT and 50 are applicable to THKR-OP and can be included for those cases."
      12. HBIPS-Event Clinical Files will accept UTD values.
      13. Data Element name changes for TR data elements - effective July 1, 2022. Abstracted Data Element Export - old column names will be gone (2022 Q1 below) - new columns will replace them (2022 Q3 below).   The Manage Abstracted Data Elements Report can be used to customize the new names to match the old names for report continuity, if desired.

         

      14. New error message when one organization is open in one window and another gets opened in a second window, the newest organization takes precedence and the older tabs will display an error. "A different organization was open in another tab. Either close the current tab and head to the other tab or close the other tab and refresh this page. In either case you will be taken to the most recent organization selected. Worksheets must be closed rather than refreshed."
      15. Beginning 3Q2022 'EDPATIENT' will no longer be available for the Abstracted Data Element Export for CSTK.
      Issues Fixed:
      1. Sorting with Event Start Date is functioning correctly in the Abstraction page Event grid.
      2. THKR-OP error message on worksheets is resolved.
      3. CSTK Worksheet error when Admitting Diagnosis includes the decimal point is fixed.
