      ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.288

      The version was released on December 1, 2021 and addresses the following: 

      Enhancements:

      1. There is a new Facility Admin report - Cases Not Qualified for Any IPP, which will display imported cases that were not rejected, but did not qualify for any Initial Patient Population per specifications criteria.
      2.  Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry Report has the option to include only measures selected for submission on the TJC Submission Selections page. 
      3. The TJC Submission Selections allows facilities to select the measures to send to TJC.
      4. THKR-IP Clinical File will now be accepted beginning with 1Q2022 discharges. 
      5. ASR-IP Clinical File will now be accepted beginning with 1Q2022 discharges. 
      6. CCN will be displayed next to the Hospital Name near the Change Hospital- Dueling Arrows icon.
      7. A Select All box has been added in the top row of the User Access page for EA Cloud installs only.
      8. Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry Report will display a message if Inpatient Psych Days are zero.
      9. Cases by Category Assignment sFTP report added Hospital ID, Measure Status Name, Strata, Measure Identifier, Medisolv Staging Key (GWTG ID)
      10. HBIPS-DSC IPP guidance effective Q4 2021 discharges and forward, Psychiatric Care Setting question will always be displayed. Selecting 'No' will display the case on the Cases No Longer in Population report.
      11. Updated Sepsis Name on the Abstracted Data Element Export.
      12. Abstracted Data Element Report lookup table expanded to include allowable values for date/time - UTD, Empty or Date/Time
      13. Headers added to Sepsis Bundle Grid and Sepsis Bundle Breakdown Numerator and Denominator details on the Sepsis Bundle Report.
      14. Revert MassHealth IPF changes.  
      Issues Fixed:
      1. Fixed Worksheet Provider issue where Provider was reverted to original provider if the change was not made last. 
      2. 'Abstracted Data Elements Export' report and sFTP report values fixed to display text entered.
      3. Updated permissions on the Excluded Visit Analysis. If user does not have permission to view hospital information due to a shared CCN, they will be redirected to the home page with a message displayed for Unauthorized Access.   
      4. Updated the THKR IP/OP 5 algorithm.
      5. The Abstracted Data Element Export extra space was removed from header row.
