ENCOR Chart-Abstracted Release Notes Version 5.9.0.283

The version was released on October 20, 2021 and addresses the following: 

Enhancements:

1. Outpatient Specifications for January 1 - December 21, 2022 implemented.
2. Total Count added to Deleted Visits.
3. Inpatient Days added to Event Rate Results. This will include ONLY Inpatient Days for Psych Units without Leave Days subtracted out as is displayed in the Population field.
4. Joint Commission DDSP Data Entry Report exclusions updated for 4Q2021 Discharges.
5. IPFQR Help Desk e-mail updated on Home Page.
6. MassHealth Specifications January 1 - June 30, 2022 implemented.
7. New CCM data element - Patient Refusal of Transmission beginning with January 1, 2022. This data element will not appear on the Abstracted Data Elements Export until it is selected for export on the Manage Abstracted Data Elements Report.
8. Patient Identifier added to the IRR DEAR Report.
9. MassHealth submission dates updated on the calendar on the Home page.
10. IMM-2 (and HBIPS-IMM-2) Allowable Value 4 verbiage updated beginning with 4Q2021 Discharges.
11. Added presorting to exclusions on the TJC DDSP Report. Default sort order will be HCOID, Measure ID, TJC Order, and then Month.
    
    

Fixed Issues:

1. CSTK Worksheets were reverting to In Progress when Save All was triggered and the CSTK-10 grid was not complete. This is fixed.
